Assembly, the advantages of a good performance.
A good assembly can prevent you for a lot of questions, for instance: What percentage of your customers call because “the battery is not working” or “the product does not work”. And to how many of those customers do you have to tell that they have to remove the plastic tab under the battery ?
Maybe this is not exactly your situation, but you recognize the situation in some other way. The majority of the questions that are asked, is the same. 20% of the questions come back in 80% of the cases.
